Is there a way to lock down QuickTime on a PC

Hello, in light of what's happening with QuickTime on PCs, is there a way to lock it down through preferences to stop the vulnerabilities?

I have about 15 people who work for me using QuickTime on PCs. If they can't use QuickTime I will have lost 15 workers, and they will be out of jobs.
